What it can do

The same actions you’d take, minus the clicks.

The Assistant works through the same actions as the app’s own screens: customers, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, and payments. It can open the right screen when you’d rather finish something yourself.

  • Find, create, and update records
  • Reschedule visits and schedule new jobs
  • Open the exact screen you need

Review first

It asks before it does anything that matters.

Issuing or sending an invoice, recording a payment or refund, completing or canceling visits, and changing team access all pause for your review. Your approval applies to exactly what you saw.

  • Approval covers the exact details shown

Questions

Assistant, answered.

Can it see everything in my business?

It sees and does only what the person asking is allowed to. A field user’s Assistant works with their assigned visits; an owner’s can do what an owner can.

What needs my approval?

Issuing or sending invoices, recording payments or refunds, completing or canceling visits, changing team access, and certain removals. Routine updates, like a customer’s phone number, can happen right away.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Requests are sent to an AI model provider through a gateway configured to deny data collection and to prefer zero-retention endpoints. The model only receives the parts of your records needed for the request, never passwords or payment credentials.

How long are conversations kept?

Assistant conversations expire after seven days. That doesn’t affect your business records, which stay until you change or delete them.

How many requests are included?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Assistant and Business Advisor requests: 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Team, 5,000 on Scale. One request counts once, however many steps it takes, and failed runs don’t count.
